System: Lo-N-Fas-R

Name: Lo-N-Fas-R [LOW-nn-FAHS-rr]
Galactic Location: High in the first half of the universe.
Neighboring Systems: 1.25 months from Dri to the north-east; 1.75 months from Dtan to the east; 2.25 months from Corba to the south-east; 1.75 months from Am-nyana to the south; 1.5 months from Vuh to the south-west; 1.5 months from Ka to the west.
Worlds In System: Poc'n, Zen Fas, Yeh-lo, R'chal
Natives: k'anta, xaol, ssarin
Colonists: k'anta

System Formation: Third Category. The four worlds are arranged in a rough circle in an up-down-up-down pattern, all approximately the same distance from the sun in the center of the circle. Because half the worlds are opposite the other half, the polar sides of their gravitic ore layers create a balanced field that keeps the sun oscillating vertically between them, creating an equal night-day cycle. Seasonal changes are fairly predictable, since the worlds are spinning horizontally while the sun stays on the same vertical axis; seasons are more extreme near the edges of the worlds and taper into a seasonless temperate zone in the very center of the world.
About the System: Lo-N-Fas-R is generally unvisited by the intersun travelers of the universe, since it lies in what was once tache space, cordoned off by Vuh's reputation. K'anta are the only people from the system to venture beyond it to other worlds, and they make no attempt to draw attention to the system's location or entice official trade routes. Though most cartographers are aware that Lo-N-Fas-R exists, they have few details and little curiosity.
